SIMONA® HDPE Twin wall for chemical tank building applications and other high wear, highly corrosive environments. 

HDPE Sheet, or high density polyethylene, is versatile engineering plastic available in Sheet, Rod and Welding Rod form.  Our HDPE range is extremely high wearing with high rigidity and strength in temperatures from between -50°C and +80°C.  HDPE twin wall is also ideal for use in tank construction due to its high chemical resistance, while being of a low specific weight vs. solid materials and alternatives.

HDPE Twin Wall Sheet offers good thermal insulation, sound insulation and electrical insulation as well as high chemical resistance, low water absorption and resistance to microorganisms.  This is all combined with easy fabrications, handling & processing.

The range includes a cross-ribbed twin-wall sheet with reduced wall thicknesses for improved processability and ease of welding.   This twin wall hdpe plastic sheet is great for fabricating rectangular tanks without steel reinforcement.
