1. Services & Products

1.1 Services
For service orders, Plastral Pty Ltd will service Leister and Buckelys products covered by Australian Warranty. Warranty service is not available for issues caused by failure of physical damage or usage not according to the user manual. Postage/delivery fee will apply for all services.

Plastral Pty Ltd offers after warranty repair, maintenance and machine validation/testing as a part of additional services. Each machine is a subject of inspection fee. This is non-refundable fee and it must be paid before machine will be returned to the customer.

1.2 Parts & Labour
All warranty repairs include parts and labour necessary to fix machine. Plastral Pty Ltd service uses only factory genuine parts covered by 12 months warranty, from the date of repair.

After warranty service repair, machine validation or testing are subject of product inspection and quotation delivered to the customer within 5 business days after inspection is completed.

1.3 Service Options
Plastral Pty Ltd offers standard warranty service repair, based on number of orders in the queue. For after warranty service repair, machine validation or testing, customer will receive quotation with final price and estimated time of repair/service.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Quotation & Inspection Fee
After service repair is a subject of inspection fee before final quotation. In case if customer will decide to do not process machine repair, inspection fee is non-refundable.

2.2 Payment Methods
Plastral Pty Ltd offer standard payment method such as money transfer, credit card or cash payment. For customer with permanent account, payment terms and conditions will apply according to their agreement.

2.3 Prices
Accepted warranty repair is free of charge under warranty policy, except cost of delivery. For other services customer will receive quotation before any service action will be taken.

2.4 Confirmations
Service will inform customer when machine is ready for collection/despatch. Confirmation can be delivered by email or over the phone.

2.5 Pickup or Delivery
Machine can be collected from our service in person or delivered to the address provided. This is a customer responsibility to provide a correct delivery address on writing.

3. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

3.1 Customer’s Responsibility
Customer is responsible to deliver machine to service facility, pay inspection fees (if applicable) and other payments according to the quotation.

3.2 Disclosure of Unauthorized Modifications
All unauthorized machine modifications will disqualify machine from standard warranty repair.

3.3 Repair Warranty
Service gives 12 months warranty for all replaced parts and labour from the date of repair invoice. Warranty doesn’t cover heating element, nozzles and brushes or issues caused by failure of physical damage or usage not according to the user manual.

3.4 Delivery
All deliveries are standard non-insured services. Plastral Pty Ltd doesn’t take any liability for items after being picked up by the carrier. In case of lost or damaged delivery, customer will need to contact directly with the carrier based on provided tracking number. We do recommend to use your own carrier or pay additional insurance fee. This is a customer responsibility to inform service about additional insurance otherwise item will be
sent as a standard delivery (non-insured).

4. General

4.1 Cancelation 
Each service order can be cancelled before repair confirmation. For items where inspections fee applies, payment must be completed before machine return or collected by the customer.

4.2 Uncollected Products
Customer needs to collect machine withing 6 months from the date of repair or order cancelation. After that time machine might be disposed.

5. Accepting Terms and Conditions

By purchase any service or sending machine for warranty repair you are accepting listed terms and conditions.
