Plastral is implementing measures to protect their team and customers during this health crisis.

At Plastral our number one priority is the safety of our customers, suppliers and our team. With this in mind, we want to assure you that we have been closely monitoring the recent developments of the coronavirus COVID-19 and that we are taking all considered measures to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of all our stakeholders.

Recent health and safety measures include;

  • We are minimising customer and supplier meetings where possible.
  • We have rolled out education and training around best practice for general hygiene and social distancing practice to our team.
  • We have cancelled all international visitor meetings as well as suspended team travel and attendance at industry events.
  • We have been working closely with suppliers to ensure we have additional equipment and supplies to care for our team.
  • This includes ensuring our team are fully supported to work from home and will be instructed to do so in line with the Government Guidelines and World Health Organisation.
  • We have been working with our delivery partners to ensure best health and safety practice is adhered to with consideration to minimising person to person contact as part of the delivery process.

Plastral stock availability and supply chain considerations;

  • We can assure you that Plastral is currently unaffected by any product shortages as a result of coronavirus, assuming normal rate of consumption, and continue to source our regular product lines without constraint.
  • We are working closely with our supplier network, maintaining regular contact, to ensure the ongoing timely despatch and delivery of goods.

Given the nature of this health issue and changing conditions worldwide, the above is an accurate snapshot of our current situation and we will keep you updated of any changes.
